All ATTACHED DECKS, BALCONIES, PORCHES, PATIOS, STAIRS, STOOPS & RAILINGS will be inspected for defects, extreme “wear & tear”, excessive weathering, proper installation, proper spacing of railings and handrails, lack of maintenance and excessive settling.
