The founder, of our company, has always been fascinated by the world of Real Estate. He has always been intrigued by the history, the various designs and architecture, the various construction methods and techniques, in addition to the endless list of opportunities and financial freedoms it can and has provided to the public.
The founder was introduced to Real Estate, by his uncle, who was a carpenter. He worked, under his uncle, as an assistant, whenever his uncle had work available. He was always good with his hands and already loved to build. The experience, with his uncle, left the founder with a lingering desire to learn more about Real Estate, in addition to an insatiable lust for tools! He later went to school, to obtain a Real Estate Brokers License. Unfortunately, he obtained his license just as the Real Estate market collapsed in 2008 and 2009. Needless to say, he learned a lot that year. He was also a Public Notary and was soon introduced to closing mortgage loans.
He has, literally, spent decades providing various forms of customer service to the public. The most important lesson that he has learned over the years is that the only way to provide the best customer service possible, is to obtain as much knowledge, as it is possible, in your field of choice. This one lesson continues to drive him and our company, in order to become the best at what we do.

We are also a group of Real Estate investors. The ROOF inspection includes an Inspection, from ground level or from a ladder when possible, of the roof-covering materials, the gutters, downspouts, eaves, vents, flashing, skylights

The EXTERIOR inspection includes the exterior wall-covering materials, the eaves, soffits and fascia, a representative number of windows, all exterior doors, flashing and trim, adjacent walkways and driveways, stairs, steps, stoops
Basement, Foundation & Structure
The BASEMENT, FOUNDATION, CRAWLSPACE & STRUCTURE inspection includes the accessible parts of the foundation, basement, crawlspace; and other structural components.
Plumbing
The PLUMBING inspection includes the main water supply shut-off valve, the main fuel supply shut-off valve, the water heating equipment, including the energy source
Electrical
The ELECTRICAL inspection includes the service drop, the overhead service conductors and attachment point, the service head, gooseneck and drip loops

The DOORS, WINDOWS & INTERIOR inspection includes a representative number of doors and windows, by opening and closing them, in addition to the floors,

The FIREPLACE inspection includes readily accessible and visible portions of the fireplaces and chimneys, lintels above the fireplace openings, damper doors by opening and closing them,
Attic, Ventilation & Insulation
The ATTIC, INSULATION & VENTILATION inspection includes the insulation in unfinished spaces, attics, crawlspaces and foundation areas.
Attached Decks, Balconies, Porch, Patios, Stairs, Stoops & Railings
All ATTACHED DECKS, BALCONIES, PORCHES, PATIOS, STAIRS, STOOPS & RAILINGS will be inspected for defects, extreme “wear & tear”,
Our notary staff is well trained in various types of mortgage loans,
